These Terms of Use apply to Focus Buddy, a focus, habits, and tasks app.
Focus Buddy is provided for personal productivity. Features may change over time. Some capabilities, including extra habits, colors, and unlimited Daily Coach, require Focus Buddy Pro.
Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are billed through your Apple ID. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings.
Daily Coach suggestions are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use any plan. Focus Buddy is not medical, legal, or professional advice.
You keep ownership of the habits, tasks, and goals you enter. You are responsible for that content and for keeping your device secure.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to break Premium limits unfairly, or use Daily Coach to generate harmful content.
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect timer accuracy when the app is closed, or specific productivity results.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Focus Buddy.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
